Due to the nature of our products (fragrances classified as Limited Quantity – UN1266), shipping is carried out under specific conditions:
• Switzerland:
Domestic shipping via standard parcel services
• European Union:
Shipped via ground transport through trusted carriers (e.g. DHL, Colissimo or equivalent)


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within:
• 4–8 business days

During launches, pre-orders, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.


Estimated Delivery Times
• Switzerland: 1–3 business days
• European Union: 2- 8 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on carrier delays.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
• Destination
• Parcel size and weight

Customs & Duties

For cross-border shipments:
• Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply
• These charges are the responsibility of the customer

CAPUANI is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


Important Notice on Fragrance Shipping

All perfumes are shipped under Limited Quantity (LQ) regulations – UN1266, ensuring safe and compliant transport.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number.


Failed Deliveries & Returns

If a delivery fails due to:
• Incorrect address
• Failure to accept the parcel
• Unclaimed shipment

The package may be returned to us. In such cases:
• Reshipping costs will be charged to the customer
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
