FINE FRAGRANCE PRODUCTS
Due to the nature of our fine fragrance products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered.
This policy ensures the integrity, safety and authenticity of our products.
EXCEPTIONS – DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your request, we may require:
- your order number
- clear photos of the product and packaging
- a description of the issue
If the claim is approved, we will offer, at our discretion:
- a replacement product
GENERAL RETURN CONDITIONS (NON-FRAGRANCE ITEMS)
For any products where returns are accepted, the following conditions apply:
- the item must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging
- the return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
- the item must be returned in resalable condition
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
RETURN PROCESS
All returns must be approved by CAPUANI before being sent back.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
RETURN SHIPPING
Unless the return is due to a defect or error on our side, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
